"ONLY THE INFINITY OF THE DEPTHS OF A MAN'S MIND CAN REALLY TELL THE STORY"
This mindboggling concoction is pure Ed Wood, like a cubist x-ray of his psyche. The form shifts back and forth between docudrama and educational film on the subject of transvestism. Bela Lugosi plays a mad scientest/god kind of charactor. He creates life and controls our destiny, but seems confused and repulsed by the fruits of his handiwork. Delores Fuller puts in the most hypnotically wooden performance in cinematic history as Barbara, "a lovely, intelligent girl." There's a great nightmare sequence that's interrupted by a stag reel that Producer George Weiss took from another movie and threw in to make the movie more 'exploitable.' Otherwise, GLEN OR GLENDA is a negative masterpiece. Hillariously inept yet somehow haunting. "People! All going somewhere. All with their own thoughts, their own ideas. All with their own... PERSONALITIES! One is wrong because he does right. One is right because he does wrong. PULL THE STRING! DANCE TO THAT WHICH ONE WAS CREATED FOR!!"

What is "adulterated" about this "crap"?
Did you mean "UN-adulterated"? What is "scamp"?
I believe that the reason so many people like Ed's movies is due to the fact that they are poorly made and rather silly. Just a theory. Do you use "spell-check"?
