ah, a superhero for the 90s. this starts off ostensibly a revenge / justice flick but veers quickly into gentle, benign fetishism and ambiguous girl / girl attraction. masako is rejected by a nerd who carefully lists all her assets, including her athletic ability, scholarship, and ability to cook and clean, but says he hates women with small breasts. she sets out to shame all women with chest measurements seven inches greater than their waist measurements. her superhero costume includes bra pad inserts. after breaking into a staff member’s office, she announces “the big boobs list is mine.” apparently the dirty old man’s habit of high-tech spying on the young female students (shown later) and documenting their breast measurements is not much of a secret. they are supposed to be in “college” but all wear short plaid “catholic school girl” skirts. the heroine subdues young women, bares their breasts, and makes a plastic mold of them that she threatens to put on public display if they don’t “stop seducing men with...big breasts.” she exhorts her first victim to study for her exams. afterward, she remarks to the camera that “big boobs buster sort of turned me on.” her next victim is left in convulsions. resistance is met from another superhero in a metal bra, but jumper cable electrocution takes care of her. the tale takes an odd turn when she makes the mistake of trying her thing on another athlete. the tables are turned and she is subjugated into being a track runner undergoing extreme “training.” here the lesbian overtones are strongest and at the same time most ambiguous. it seems all the forced feeling and ogling was simply for the purpose of assessing her potential as a replacement for her would be victim in an important track meet. if she wins, she gets breast molds of track team. if she loses... (sex slavery is implied). the victor shows masako (not the audience) her front, but “what is that?! [wide eyes, shocked voice]” turns out to be an appendectomy scar. after the set up, i can’t be the only one who expected her operation to have been transgendering. amidst all the incoherence are priceless lines like “damn your raunchy bra! i’ll show you!” the vague ending of this 60 minute movie has feminist overtones, but the heroine’s anger over the preference of men for large breasted women has been resolved by her determination to build her own “hard” breasts through bench presses and copious milk consumption (vs. her previous habit of eating sticky buns for the purpose of building soft breasts). i’m not kidding. the rest of the tape is padded with the world’s lamest blooper feature.
