GoreFest: A Love Story
Quite possibly the greatest gore film ever made, Peter Jackson's Braindead (AKA Dead Alive USA), amazingly is a sweet-hearted love story. The film has wonderful dark humor and an uncharacteristic human approach to the horror/gore genre. If any gore film were to win an Oscar, it would have to be this film. Hats off to Peter Jackson for this wonderfully crafted masterpiece of the genre.
